It occurred in a "nonprofit hospital". Isn't that what the Universal Health Care bill will bring? Do we want more of these "nonprofit hospitals"?

My father was killed by a hospital infection. Thousands die every year by hospital infection in England and Ireland.

Germs do not recognize social status or income...they can also get you in a paying private facility.

I got a hospital infection. It didn't kill me but I was pretty messed up.

Always, always have an advocate at the hospital with you, and do not be afraid to speak up on your own behalf. Make anyone that needs to touch you wash their hands before they do so, and then glove up. Even if you feel you are being rude.
