K Ghostgrrl...I presume you are talking about the Big house and the wooden post / stump in from of it...well to make things clear imagine the the white shuttered part of the building as a garage and it has a wide bodied vehicle parked inside it...when you want to drive away with the vehicle you will reverse it to get to the road only to encounter the newly erected post and possibly bang into it and say Oh!Sh*t...( I hope this explaines that pic)

The baby ducks fell through the grating, went through the drain pipe and ended up in the water the mother was taking them to. She found them there.
