These are a great reference, but in some ways they are not much help at all. The big problem is that you can't tell the difference bettween someone that was convicted when they were 18 for sleeping with there 17 year old girlfriend from someone who actually raped someone, or worse yet someone that raped a child. If anyone knows how to know the difference i sure would love to know.
