(Saitama) called the 'The King George'. The guy who owns it is a Brit and I remember one drunken evening that he explained to me how he managed to get the business started. Can't really remember what was said as I was pi ssed but he did not teach Englsih beforehand, was not married to a Japanese national and had successfully managed to open another pub in Ikebukuro. It is obviously possible.
