Now over 200 years later nothing has changed and the America still has no intention of complying to the terms of the treaty..Therefore We, the descendants of These Creole People demand that the U.S. government comply with Article 3 of the treaty by acknowledging Our Creole People as a Bonafied Recipient of these terms of the treaty and also by justly compensation the Creole people for over 200 years and abuse and damage brought about by this treaty violation
