I'm seriously considering making February a detox month and going back to my veggie/rawfood diet for a while. I've been enjoying Jamba Juice as a meal here and there, and really want to get back to a healthier way of eating. I totally agree with you in going back to being healthy and to set aside this month and February for detoxing my liver. I have been juicing raw foods 3 times a week and am feeling so much better. I have more energy now and am feeling like a new person. I have less aches and pains when I use raw foods in my daily diet. |
