Well, we live in a world where incarcerated murderers have 'fans'.....and have hundreds of people who write to them yearning for romance.
Maybe this guy will indeed benefit from the publicity!

Me? I wouldn't eat there if ya paid me.....yuck.

If I were to guess, I would bet that the advertisement was placed there by someone other than the owner who wanted to warn the public at large.
