A different kind of story. A family to pray for. A soldier to be honored for his commitment.

Oddly, we received yesterday in a Christmas card, a previously unknown photo of Husband's uncle who was KIA over France during WW II...a young man, smiling and strong with a young boy's arms wrapped around him. His memory and service are not sullied by rants, mockery, or questions on reasons or motivations of his President. That too is comforting.
