He is still recovering from his injuries. He had just gotten out of surgery. He’s standing there with a gun between the guy’s eyes. He doesn’t fire. All four and he’s just saying, “You killed my dog.” They executed his dog. “You killed my dog. Why would you do that?” They run. They get into his car. Marcus gets into his truck, chases them over four counties, finally runs them into a ditch. He calls the Rangers. The Texas Rangers arrive and these guys, when the Texas Rangers are taking these guys away, Marcus has held them there by a gun. As the Rangers are taking these guys away, they’re threatening Marcus’ life and saying, “When we get out, we’re coming for you next. First it was your dog. It’s going to be you next. You don’t know who you’re messin’ with.” That’s when Marcus kind of snapped just a little bit and said to the Ranger, “Excuse me, ranger, do you know who I am?” He said, “Yes, sir, Mr. Luttrell, I do.”

Marcus Luttrell is an American hero and this story is heartbreaking.

I hope & pray those sub-human dirt bags get maximum, consecutive sentences on multiple charges.

He is such a beautiful man, I am horrified this happened to him---and all the rest who lost their dogs.

That is just incomprehensible and evil!!! All those despicable creeps should have the book thrown at them
and pay really big fines. Marcus really is a beautiful,
honorable man, this is so sad. I'll keep him in my prayers.

It's been reported that there had been other neighbors who's dogs had been killed, as well. If they're able to gather evidence about those killings, hopefully those cases could be prosecuted, too.

He's so amazing and yet so down to earth. I liked the story about him taking the guy out and slapping him around for "dissing" Texas & America. lol

I missed this story yesterday, I'm just glad Marcus didn't snap and shoot any of the dopey kids. Also I'm sure Marcus would love nothing better than to confront one or all of them later when they want some 'pay-back'.
I had always heard of Seals being bad asses, in 2003 while training to go to Iraq, we had former Seals who were conducting hand to hand classes - you do not want to mess with these guys, I do not care how good you think you are.
