There does seem to be a streak of 'anti-science,' in Bush-McCain thinking. It makes them even more, out-of-date, atavistic, and out-of-touch. These guys can't even send an email. It's a serious flaw and they don't even know it. I think McCain may have even voted for the bill with the bear earmark in it. Stop clouding the issues with facts. You must be from one of those unAmerican parts of the country! There does seem to be a streak of 'anti-science,' in Bush-McCain thinking. It makes them even more, out-of-date, atavistic, and out-of-touch.The reaction of Bushco to scientific data and distributing science education to the masses is reminiscent of the reaction of the catholic church when bibles were first printed in common languages. And the odd thing is that people hardly care for these matters. I would personally not vote for McCain just on this point, it just makes no sense. But then again, the less educated the public the better your chances to keep on holding the position of power, whether it is government or a church. |
