Sonia is from Boston, MA. Boston is the capital and largest city of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is one of the oldest cities in the United States. The largest city in New England, Boston is considered the economic and cultural center of the region and is sometimes regarded as the unofficial “Capital of New England”.

Sonia is a student at Tufts University and recently got married to her cousin. This photo was taken when they left for their honeymoon on this “Hummer”. Hummer is a brand of off-road vehicles sold by General Motors (GM).

During this trip they visited many Boston landmarks. The Massachusetts New State House sits at the top of Beacon Hill, overlooking Boston Common. It was designed by Charles Bulfinch and built in 1795 on land originally owned by John Hancock. This new State House remains the home of the Massachusetts legislature and the wonderful dome is covered in 23.5 carat gold leaf, making it very valuable. The State House is open daily for tours
