I would like a happy song played at my funeral.
The "best" funeral I've ever been to (if you can call it that) was that of a friend of my mother's who died of liver failure (having never touched a drop of alcohol in her life).
She was such a radiant person that her death wish was for *nobody* to wear black at her funeral.
A few people appeared wearing white, but on the whole it was a sea of colour. I loved the fact that we came together primarily to celebrate her life, and thank her for bringing us all together on such a beautiful late summer day.
