The heat kept the clouds from shrinking enough to ignite nuclear fusion. I was watching the History Channel tonight and there's a type of star called a 'Brown Dwarf'. They're incipient stars, or stars that didn't quite come into being. It was part of their 'Universe' series. Yeah, I've heard of that show. If I had cable, I might watch it. But I guess we could call them "black giants"? |
