Is he saying that his biggest achievement was the failure of his efforts to privatize social security? Ummm.....okaaay. I guess he was right! Over the 8 years, I never could figure out what he was talking about.

I had the same feeling. I remember hearing an interview of him and thinking, "This guy does not talk the same language as the person answering the questions. They seem almost unrelated!"

And I thought his greatest achievement was declaring Victory in the Iraq war from the deck of an aircraft carrier.
Maybe it was the weapons of mass deception. Oh htere are sooooo many.
