Hope we won't need this one day.

My hope is that they don't use it on loyal US citizens willing to exercise their right to assemble and peacefully protest our failing leaders.

I hope they use this beam on any asshole that tries to defile a US monument. And while they are doing the freeze-pop boogie, they dump fire ants on them. Lets hope the fire ants don't get the technology though. That would be bad for everyone.
