I don't think Provillus is a scam. It's FDA Approved and is made out of the same stuff as Rogaine. Is Rogaine a scam? Actually, Provillus is a lot better than Rogaine because it includes the DHT blocking natural Provillus supplement. Provillus... NOT a scam!
