Usually if Pat Buchanan supports you, it is the kiss of death, as far as liberals are concerned. But now he is for Obama...so he's cool? It's not that Pat's cool but that the devil is ice skating. He got caught up in the moment and praised a stupendous speech - so what. That's hardly a ringing endorsement of Barack Obama. And lest his praise be mistaken for endorsement, the next day Buchanan posted a highly critical and fear mongering article prophesying renewed racial tensions like those of the summer of 1968 if Obama loses. He writes that a black preacher told him this will happen and since black folks are a single-minded monolith, well then, gosh darn it must be true. He savaged Mrs.Obama as well. Here are his true beliefs. No candidate has ever been nominated by a major party with fewer credentials or a weaker claim to the presidency, or more doubts as to his... The b-nut doesn't actually believe that any lefty suddenly liked Buchanan because of what he said about a speech does he? Whew, let me tell you secret, we just thought it was surreal.
