Who entitled to guard us from this shameless brazen aggression if not elected popular leader? Ban this poison, our obesity - if only obesity, but that alone is more than enough - is direct outcome of this aggression.

Sometimes we living under the siege of bizarre prejudices, Debby. Rusting stomach, 8 glasses of water, flushing waste, morning jolt, magic formula... to name a few. I was just kidding about the rusting stomach thingy. It's my way of saying that I'd rather have my all day long jolt instead of something that is better for me. Actually, I once gave up caffeine completely. Cold Turkey. I had a pounding headache for a whole day.

Why did I go back? Allergies and fatigue and two jobs and grabbing a diet cola like some people drink coffee.

And so it is with taxes, start with alcohol, then tobacco, then soda, then all sugary substance, then ....fill in the blanks. Then these taxes are used to fund more government programs, healthcare, wealthcare (tax cuts for corporations), welfare, environmental programs, etc., which in turn grow the government and place more control on the people by making them pay more for their lifestyle choices. In the end, is that really what we want? More control by government in our lives? It appears so.

I want, sahara, just not to be killed by thugs. Neither from around the corner, nor from my food. Neither by scalding to death, nor by slow boiling. And don't want to see violent death. Is that too much, dear?

Fulfilling the wants of their consumers in that market? Providing jobs for not only those who work directly within their industry, but to the farmers that provide their ingredients, and to those who sell their product? Evil corporations that must be destroyed because they are detrimental to people's health according to the big pharmaceutical companies who funded most of the research? As bad as smoking marijuana and should be illegal so that we can fill the prisons with soda drinkers and tobacco users and sellers?

We should arrest that Kool-aid man! He's been marketing that sugary toxin to kids for years!
