Their own moral compass seems to be malfunctioning. I think they need a little more 'enforced' guidance!

No our banks are controlled a little bit better than yours. Apparently our banks are fairly solid right now. (crossing fingers)
But in general dealing with the bureaucracy, yes we are almost the same.
