As I mentioned in another clip, Rich had some family matters to attend to... and even though no disrespect to CM was intended, as you all can imagine - that takes precedence. He said he'd be back...but didn't say when... which leads me to asssume that he hasn't resolved those issues yet or they're such issues that mandate absence from the surrounding.
