I think she is right on in her honesty.....but as we see here on a daily basis....happiness seems to rarely = happiness, so unless she has a lot of other values she wants met....I fear the lady may find herself a lil disillusioned in the long run.

Definitely NO!!! That's the problem with houses that look like hotels and silver cars.You will have to restrain yourself from ...hmmm... other activities/services.I mean other than the house owner is able to provide you which are usually not very worthy...
