The communist regime warned that even the slightest provocation could trigger war.

Haven't they heard, the liberals are in charge, no chance of interference unless a**-kissing and appeasement could be construed as a hostile act. Provocation, out of the question!

The communist regime warned that even the slightest provocation could trigger war. <P> The North stressed that provocation would include any attempt to interfere with its impending launch of a satellite into orbit.
