Asked if he would have voted against it, McCain said he would have tried to cut the "outrageous pork-barrel spending" in the bill, but "probably would have ended up voting for it."

Guess it's more about the drama and grandstanding. Is this what a McBush Presidency would look like?

Obama missed the vote too but then he also avoided the grandstanding.
