"Consumers want to know where their food is coming from and know that it is produced using healthy and sustainable processes."

While I certainly do "feel" for the shrimpers and fishermen down here in the Charleston SC Area, the reality of it all is that my Family and I just want affordable food! Period. Everything is high now.

If we can afford it, we give really no thought as to "how" it got here. Honestly, if the local shrimp is $14.00 a bag and "produced healthy" and imported shrimp is $10.00 a bag...we are getting the lower priced product.

If there is a way to have the best of both worlds that would be the ultimate solution.
