Michaelll, The report that Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapons program at the moment is by the same organization that said that Iraq did have weapons of Mass Destruction, in other words it was wrong then and could be wrong now. Besides this is a theoretical attack an actual war is almost certainly going to be different.
