It does not come as a surprise, I don't think health care for the aging: 1) is well attended in our society in general 2)much less in prison What if they are let go? They may not have a family that take care of them,plus other social impacts solution: Better in-prison . Or is little health care another of the punishments? Bad nutrition? Is that a kind of slow torture???? I had never thought of this later. Prisons feed large amounts of starchy foods, because its cheaper and gives a feeling of fullness. As far as health care goes, why would one presume that they would receive better treatment in society? There are people "out here" going without medications, testing and treatment for illnesses. Sad situation all around. Solutions? |
