As long as these governments tolerate this kind of behavior it will continue. Who pays for the damage? Where do the victims go to receive justice? These are not "youths"; these are vandal snots who need to be arrested and forced to pay restitution. Is the entire world unwilling to deal with these "youths" who believe it's their right to destroy other people's property just for the sheer joy (and freedom) to do so? Oh, and they get their faces in the Media which is sooooooooo cool. s/off THey call them "youths" because the sick European media cannot bring themselves to call them Muslims. and its all George W Bush's fault too - the anger of these utes. lol utes (My Cousin Vinny) Ah, the smell of burning car tires in the Parisian 'Left Bank' cafes. This is what happens when the middle class has no jobs and no future. Coming soon to an American neighborhood near yours, France! Viva la' revolution Actually it a ploy by the French to keep their auto industry humming. They can't seem to make a decent car that US will start buying, so they torch theirs to at least generate some sort of demand locally. And who's at the forefront of such innovative anti-bailout approach - the 'smart' students of the area. And there's an education slant to this as well - they get to learn first hand everything there is to learn about fire and it's a form of exercise... after those baguettes & pastries - they need that as well. So, it's a multi-purpose endeavor that obviously eluded a few people, including gemfemfox apparently. |
