Well, there ya have it folks - the braintrusts running our country are patting themselves on the back for coming up this genius idea. For real? They were looking to cut costs and they came up with removing the flagpoles? OMFG.

Give it a couple of months. Once everyone has forgotten, the Scientology Sea Org which has bought and paid for the Clearwater political establishment will have Scientology flags up in their place, after "coming to the rescue" to help pay for the parks, etc.

     Clearwater's parks and recreation director ordered the removal of 13 flagpoles from across the city this week saying budget cuts have made it impossible to properly care for the flags.
