Airport 2.0 is on the horizon. um how exactly do you tag the individual, how do you stop them from removing the tag or applying/switching it with someone else? I guess tehre just isn't enough info for me to see how this works properly, thoug likly it has been figured out. If it works, it might help... then again you have to decide who to tag.. what is the threshold f tagged individuals in an airport before it becomes too much work to watch them all? The web 2.0 terminology for the old fashioned RFID chip is called "tags", they would insert it under your skin and then they'll flash a bright light, next thing you'd know, you'd be complaining about the lack of freedom under Bush administration. It is all by design so you can't suspect anything. @TheCatWhisperer - the heart of this technology is called RFID and you don't "watch them all" - computers do that. And as for who to tag - everyone should get tagged, just like every clipmark gets tagged so they can be found - same applies here. @arifsali - by the time they implement this - Bush administration will be long gone - give it a rest. It's designed so you don't die, regardless of what you suspect. It seems like the first thing they should do is tag bags, that would solve their immediate problem of losing vast numbers of people's luggage.
