Now, I hate to say 'I told you so'... - I know that I only mentioned the US one in my Tweet, but I was also thinking UK at the time. In light of the 'Respected think tank' agreeing with me, I am wondering whether I need to update my prediction... but for the time being I am sticking with late 2012 to start crawling out of recession.

Anyway, just so you know where you read it first (or could have done, if you were reading my tweets in February and reading my mind to know I also meant the UK economy!)
