I wonder how well this would work with subjects who are UI Drugs. I deal with them a lot and have found they don't respond to pain like normal folk. Sometimes Pain Compliance Techniques, Oleocapsicum Resin, Taser, etc. just don't work and your left having to resort to a massive amount of force or just "pile on" if you've got the help available. It looks very painful though! Which could also cause an andrenaline dump and you'd be facing someone really mad AND really "amped up"!
