The 'Naturei Karta' as they're called, are a tiny (there are only a few hundred of them) sub-group of Ultra-Orthodoxy, which itself is not normative, and does not represent most Jews. The 'Naturei Karta' are really nothing more than a cult. They've been excommunicated now by the chief Rabbinate of Israel and are shunned everywhere in the Jewish world. They represent no one but themselves.
