I've never heard this colloquialism. Talk about improbable phrases.

The Jell-O shot ban joins a list of other items and activities banned on the rivers in New Braunfels. That list includes the possession of plastic foam containers, glass, beer bongs, jumping into the river from trees and playing music audible from more than 50 feet away.

Definitely won't be going there! Might as well just make it easy and post signs "NO FUN"
