I ordered Shiva 23 for my daughter. I received three pieces and didn't think anything of it because I didn't look at my receipt. When I received my bank statement I had been charged an extra 11.95. When I called Shiva 23 to inquire about the extra charge I was told by customer service and the Supervisor that in addition to the free order I also ordered the scrub. I informed both of them that I did not order the scrub nor did my receipt say anything or show that I ordered an extra product. I have the receipt that I printed out the day that I placed the order. When I called Shiva 23 to inquire about the extra charge I was told by customer service and the Supervisor that in addition to the free order I also ordered the scrub. I was told that even though I have a receipt that shows a zero balance owed and an Invoice number, the items ordered and customer # that I ordered the extra product therefore, they will not refund me the 11.95 that they took out of my bank without my authorization. And further more the product does not work.
