I wonder what they are basing their "5 times stronger than cannabis" on. I'm pretty sure that you could make this claim with cannabis vs cannabis depending on the strain. Some weed takes smoking a considerable amount to get "high" whereas other strains will do the job with only one or two hits.

That is an interesting site thanks, though can't get into the pdf s. The clip is from a mainstream light entertainment media source (the BBC) so it doesn't set out to be subtle.
