Yeah, no.

WFP food relief packages (ie: the stuff they give to starving people to keep them from dying) cost 30 cents per day per person. So assuming that every human on Earth, currently around 6.725 billion, were to be fed like that every day, it would cost a little over 736 billion dollars per year.

So yeah, no.
