This recipe is very similar (if not the same) as the Vegan Planet recipe that we like to make in my home (both recipes are by Robin Robertson).

<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">1-1⁄2 cups Good Gravy (recipe follows)</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">1⁄2 cup frozen peas</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1⁄4 teaspoon dried</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">3 to 4 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced</LI>

Add the onion and carrot. Cover and cook until soft, about 7 minutes.</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">Stir in the burger crumbles, gravy, peas, tamari, thyme, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes in a pot of salted boiling water until soft, about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and mash with soymilk and salt. Spoon the filling mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes on top and drizzle with remaining oil.
