Requiem should be mandatory viewing in about the 10th grade in high school. Talk about you effective anti-drug movie.

But to be fair it should be viewed with something like Fast times at Ridgemont high or Dazed and Confused to stress that not all "illegal" drugs are quite as bad as some people make them out to be.

Pity Days of Wine and Roses isn't shown more these days or even released as a remake, it might make a few of our fourteen and fifteen year olds to think about alcohol here in Spain where businesses have no scruples about selling liquor illegally to those underage and creating underage heavy drinkers or perhaps future alcoholics!!
