Same here, but being that I worked today (been up since 6:00am), my eyes are pooped. Time for la la land fer sure.

I've been up since 5:30 and worked today too. I clipped about 30 clips today. I'm finishing up now. 5 more and I will call it a night

I couldn't sleep last night so technically I haven't been to bed yet but I think I'm almost ready to sleep. I've spent the time on clipmarks and watching the grandchildren.

tanyamm, none of your clips are hitting the home page when I pop them - are you saving to public or my network - no can see them unless you make them public; I went to your landing page....which was how I found the clips

there are times during the day when the home page scroll doesn't move for minutes at a time - it's really getting weird

I'm guessing you are using the clipcast. I use classic. Its just so much easier and less buggy.

I have yet to find what the clipcast view is good for.
It looks nice in a blog but thats about it

tanyamm is the fourth clipper that I've come across that has been creating clips and saving them to "My Network" instead of "public". Unless you're added as one of her followers, you will never see her clips.

go to http://clipmarks.com/clipper/tanyamm/ and pop one of her clips, then come back to classic home page - the clip never hits

I was just looking at a really old clip that had 400 POPs.....400 - I can't remember the last time I saw a clip hit 50....in a long time

not having that window with the live results of everyone's clipping activity makes it near impossible to know who is online; which attributes to the feeling of a ghost town

I know. I don't surf the pops tab - I stay pretty much on the comments tab or the newest clips tab. I pop from there. I enjoy reading the comments more than just popping away.
Most of my clips hardley get any pops anymore. Thats ok tho. Some people like them. I try to stay away from clipping politics and religion. Thats why noone is interested in my clips. I clip because I use clipmarks for bookmarking as well as sharing. I like comments the best tho.
Well I have my 5 more clips so I'm shutting down and switching to bed and tv entertainment. I hope this clip perserveers (sp?) cause I kinda like this kind of clipping fun.

Hi alan, actually I have always clipped for my own private viewing it's only recently since I've gotten up the nerve to make comments that clippers have been getting into my stash for a peek. First time was just over a week ago when I checked my e-mail and surprise, surprise there was a message from Deb and a couple of others. I guess they did what you did. Anyway now that you and the others have seen them feel free. I've been clipping since I first logged on so I should have quite a stash accumulated.

This comment and my last one were made at 1:05 am PST.

This is so enlightening. Thanks Alan and Skwirl. When you hover over tanyamm's name it shows 0 clips created, but if you go to her page, you can see lots of clips. I never knew it worked that way.

What have I been missing? What other clippers are keeping little gems partially hidden?

I will take this time to encourage other stealth clippers to share their clips. Give others a chance to share your interests. We are nice people.

Well, I got my stuff done and hooked back up - everything still works. I dusted out my pc with air and installed vent filters with velcro over the inlet screens. At $1.99 per 10 pack it should reduce the dust entering my enclosure and with the velcro easily changed when clogged.
I thought it was going to take me all day...

I'm back. You are all welcome to see what I've clipped but for now you'll have search for them. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just not ready to make or post my own clips yet. Actually I feel sort of (actually very) intimidated because you all post such thought provoking, educational, funny topics. I on yhe other hand am barely able to get a chance to read the newspaper. I do watch the news so I'm not completely ignorant on world affairs. It's now 1:05 pm PST.

Man I still remember the days when the new clips window was scrolling like crazy with new clippers, those were the days when Firefox introduced Clipmarks as one of the recommended add-on.

I have not been able to figure out the use of My Network clips. For me, it's either private or public. I have no network, the whole world is my network....or not.

I noticed it's gotten kinda quiet around here at times too. Granted, I've been off on my own a bit now and then as well. Depression. I'm sure not much else needs to be said.

I use classic too .. and I also really miss that side bar thing. It helped me stay on top of the other clips I want to be following a little better. The dashboard thing helps, but it's just not the same ..

I don't like to clip politics or religion much either. Most other people have it covered anyway, by the time I find something, it's already here! So I prefer to just stick to the oddball stuff. At least someone else (usually) enjoys it. I started out here just clipping for myself, for bookmarks, although I've grown to really love the sharing
