I recommend these books to anyone interested in starting their own business...particularly one related to technology. Anyone who has already read some or all of them, would love to hear from you.

I'd like to add the book "The Google Story" by David Vise to this list. I definitely found it educational and inspirtational as it relates to trying to build Clipmarks.

It was really interesting to be reading about their ideal, utopian vision during the same week they acquiesed to China's censorship.

I have read a few of these and I do agree. What I found interesting is if you compare these to some of the old business, marketing, and other realted area books, one can see the progression technology has had over the last 15-20 years. I would recommend 'Weaving the Web ...' by Tim Berners-Lee. It doesn't totally fit in the list of books that are useful for starting your own business. But then again it's a must read for anyone starting/having a business online, on the web, ...

I just bought the cliff notes about different periods of time in our history. i know so little, but don't have the time or patience right now...so i figured the cliff notes (actually called Spark Notes) would do. I'm on page 25 of "The Enlightenment."
