yuk! dont think I would ever like to clean a wound that way!

It looks so nasty, but apparently maggots are very effective at cleaning up dead tissue and leaving healthy tissue alone. Nature does it best.

Sometimes mother nature's cures are better, not necessarily nicer to apply.
