The Democrats plan for energy independence. Maybe I would be more favorable if I thought, for a minute, these same Congressional members would follow their own bill. Can't you just see Pelosi, Frank, Rockefeller, etc....riding their bikes to their offices every morning?? Nope, never would happen.
