and being tossed into the snow, police and his mother say. 
<P>The mother said she became alarmed when the boy didn't return home March 3, 
so she started calling his friends and finally found him covered in vomit and 
soaking wet. 
<P>She said the boy, who has disorders of the spine and nervous system, was 
taken to the St. Agnes Hospital emergency room, and his blood-alcohol level was
