Last night, the Mrs. told me that her iPod was froze. I didn't really think much about it at the time. Before she walked out the door this morning, though, she complained that it was still stuck on the same screen. I did a quick Google search and came up with this link. I guess this guy helped Google out.

I tried his suggestion. It worked. Only took a couple mins to find his post and put it to good use. The mrs. can happily listen to her iPod at work today!
