debbyski says: Friendship can be a difficult concept to grasp, but I think that's because we don't put enough emphasis on it's importance. We experience a lot of different relationships in our short lives, but none as sweet as when two people come together as best friends. I love that song... Mom What you experienced was something beyond friendsip--it was pure spirituality. When two people come together and share enough of themselves to connect in a way that is beyond sexuality and romanticism, it's a gift from the Greatest spiritual being that created all of us. The fact that he created you and that he created her should be enough for you to realize that your days spent together are always something to be cherised, adored, and remembered. Something frienship can be somewhat of a turning point--to realize someone loves you in such of an unabashed way is to realize that there are people in the world who were born to be your plantonic partners. What you did and experienced should be (and is) and inspiration to all of us. **Sometimes, not something. Sorry! Still nice to see the young kids digging our music. We had a great run. And it would be nice to see the new kids get into it. Rather then banging instruments and talking crap. Or is that rap? Friendship is like the breeze, You can't hold it, Smell it, Taste it, Or know when it's coming, But you can always feel it, And you'll always know it's there, It may come and then go, But you can know it'll always be back. - Terri Fanning - |
