A real iPod phone (I don't count Moto's ROKR as it is too restrictive) does make a lot of sense. I hope we are able to buy one soon.

			<P>Despite all the hype and speculation about an iPod phone on iTunes on mobile phones, no clear indication beyond that failed iTunes+Moto experiement of the direction Apple will be taking. But some glimmer of a hint in Apple’s Q2 earnings call today: CFO Peter Oppenheimer said this (from <A href="http://internet.seekingalpha.com/article/13884">the transcript</A>): “We do not think that the phones that are available today make the best music players. We think the iPod is. But over time, <STRONG>that is likely to change, and we are not sitting around doing nothing</STRONG>.”
