Presidente do GP de Singapura, Teo Hock Seng está muito satisfeito com o interesse do público pela prova, principalmente pelo fato de grande parte ser estrangeiro. “Mais de 95% dos ingressos já foram vendidos e cerca de 40% dessa quantidade foi para compradores fora de Singapura. Durante os três dias de competição, aproximadamente 300 mil pessoas vão presenciar este evento único. Isso é muito bom”, disse.</DIV>

A 15ª etapa da temporada acontecerá no dia 28 de setembro, logo após o tradicional GP da Itália, em Monza.
