She says he'll explain in court what the <A href="#" class="kLink" id="KonaLink1"><FONT color="orange"><SPAN class="kLink">bank</SPAN></FONT></A> told him that led him to believe the $5.8 million account was his.</DIV><BR /><DIV>The 48-year-old Brooklyn salesman has been arrested on grand larceny charges.
