As Italian, unfortunately, I must agree about organization, but only as regards politics, bureaucracy, public works and public services; as a matter of fact, Italian common people is concrete and have practical sense.
What about French lovers? I don't Know, but it seems in these last years they lost points... Surprising statistics are putting English lovers at the top!
