Not really. The chemicals without being eaten by the microbes are WAY more harmful than any emitted CO2. We are talking about Benzenes, tricholorethane 1,1,1 and a host of other cancer causing, toxic degreasers.
If that company was smart they would offer a CO2 collection chamber, whereby it does not reach the atmosphere. Restaurants and bars (almost all) use CO2 to dispense everything from beer to soda drinks. There are far more of them spewing CO2 into the air, than Jay Lenos green cleaner.

I could have saved Jay some money. I would have just sold him some pollution credits. That way he could just pour his oil down the storm drains and in return I would promise not to pour any oil down my storm drains.
